State of the State
State of the State started as a formal overview of shifts in ACP/HLB dynamics, which then provided background documentation when CDFA produced new regional quarantines.
The first briefing paper summarized the history of the development of the HLB epidemic and expansion of ACP.
An 2021 update is underway.
